How to Order
Orders are currently accepted via our secure website. Minimum order for credit card processing: $15 before shipping and sales tax are added.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. International orders must be paid via Paypal (please see our policies regarding International orders below).
For orders paid via Paypal, you will be taken directly to Paypal from our cart to process payment with or without a Paypal account.
Credit card payments
Payment is due and payable at the time of order. All information, including number, address, CVC and zip code, must exactly
match that of your credit card account or your card will be denied. For this reason, we are currently unable to accept prepaid Visa cards or gift cards.
If you have a PO Box in addition to a physical address, please ensure that your billing address contains the address which is linked to your credit card
account, otherwise, this can trigger an immediate rejection of your card.
The following general policies apply to all special promotions/discounts/coupons:
1) Only one promotion may be applied per order. Coupons may not be combined with other coupons or with site wide discounts.
Orders containing duplicate discounts/promotions will be filled at the higher discount level.
2) Valid only on retail orders placed during a sale period and may not be applied retroactively to orders placed before sale begins. We do NOT
discount orders placed outside our scheduled special promotions. To receive notice of special sales, please sign up for our newsletter or
"Like" us on Facebook.
3) Free shipping available only on retail orders shipping within the US with a product total of $75.00 or more after discounts.
Free shipping promotions/coupons will NEVER apply to International orders, regardless of total.
4) Free shipping coupons are non-transferable and may be used only by the recipient and may not be shared with international customers.
5) Turn around time may be up to 15 business days or longer during promotions. We appreciate your patience!
All items are made upon order. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This is especially important following any
special promotions and holiday sales. Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or days that we are closed and are counted beginning the
first business day after the order is placed. If items are needed by a certain date, please specify the date needed in the comments section of our shopping
cart or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will always make every effort to ship items as soon as possible. These lead times are
applicable to retail orders only. Wholesale lead times may require a minimum of 15 business days. Approximate turn around time may be found in the
announcement box in the center or to the upper right of the home page.
We ship only via Fed Ex Ground and Home Delivery and USPS Priority Mail based on the most economical means. Please note that all shipments via Priority Mail will be
insured with delivery confirmation, which are additional charges, however, this is usually the most economical shipping on orders of 2 to 3 pounds or less.
Due to our flat rate shipping options, we reserve the right to choose carriers at our discretion to ship via the most economical carrier regardless of the
method chosen. From approximately May through October, we will only ship orders Monday-Wednesday to ensure delivery to you before the weekend. Delivery trucks and
warehouses temperatures can climb quite high during this time and we prefer that your order arrive within a few days in lieu of sitting in a hot warehouse
over the weekend!
Domestic Shipping Costs
Current USPS flat rate minimum shipping charge: $7.95
Current Fed Ex flat rate shipping charge: $12.95
Flat rate shipping is applicable to all retail orders, regardless of size, shipping within the US.
Flat rate shipping is a special promotion which may end without notice. Rates are subject to change at any time, based on carrier increases and other factors. Other than flat rate promotions,
all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed accordingly at actual cost via the least expensive carrier.
We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier for orders that receive Free Shipping, most often, this is USPS Priority Mail. If you require shipment via Fed Ex, any additional
cost above the flat rate price plus an additional processing fee of $1.50 will be billed via Paypal or your credit card. Please make a note in the comments to request Fed Ex shipping.
ALL alcohol-based Eau de Parfums must ship via FED EX ground or home delivery. Alcohol is prohibited in the US Mail and can result in large fines. We will NOT make exceptions to this rule. Credit card orders received with USPS shipping paid in lieu of FED EX will be billed the additional
cost for Fed Ex Shipping. Paypal orders that contain EDPs but do not have Fed Ex as the shipping option will be cancelled and refunded immediately and a new order will need to be
International customers, please see "International Shipping Charges"
below for international shipping information.
Due to recent security updates from our credit card processor, international orders must be paid via Paypal
until further notice. A Paypal account is not necessary. Upon submitting your order, you will be taken to
the Paypal site to either sign in or pay without an account. When your order begins processing, a Paypal request
will be sent for payment of any shipping charges due. Orders will be placed on hold for a maximum of 3 days pending
payment of shipping. After 7 days, the order will be canceled and refunded minus our cancellation fee of 30% of total paid. Completed
orders will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. NO exceptions!
All Canadian orders will ship only to Paypal's confirmed address. Please confirm your address prior to placing your order.
International Shipping Charges
Currently our shopping cart is not equipped to calculate shipping for international orders, however, we have added some options that may fit a limited selection
of orders. Due to the limited size of flat rate boxes, only a certain number of products will fit and the combinations vary too widely to list here. If your order
cannot ship in the size package chosen during checkout, you will be responsible for any additional charges due so please ask ahead of placing an order if in doubt.
We will manually calculate your shipping charges at the actual rate plus insurance and less any promotional shipping discount and send an invoice via Paypal. Feel free to
contact us with your order details for shipping estimates. Please understand that we have NO control over shipping rates. These are set by the US Postal
Service and as such, please direct your complaints to the USPS. We ship the least expensive method that is trackable and/or insurable.
Small orders below 4 pounds may be shipped via Registered Mail or small Flat Rate Box, depending on the size of the order. Please be aware that
the Priority Mail medium or large Flat Rate Box is the only shipping method that is insurable.
Please keep this in mind when ordering as we will no longer be responsible for losses when shipping via First Class International
mail or small flat rate boxes or envelopes. To have the option to file a claim in the event of loss or damage, you MUST choose premium regular
Priority Mail International or Medium or Large Flat Rate Shipping only. Due to numerous instances of suspected fraud and losses, we will no longer ship
via First Class International unless it is Registered which carries an additional cost of $12.95 above and beyond the actual postage cost. Registered
Mail is trackable, not insurable for damage, however, your package receives special handling to help insure delivery.
Free Shipping promotions or coupons do NOT apply to any international destinations, regardless of order total, and may not be transferred from domestic
customers to international customers.

Please note: 8 oz Bottles and Triple Twist Foaming Scrubs will NOT fit into the small flat rate packaging.
Please note: Customs fees or duties are not included in your shipping charges and it is your responsibility to pay these fees upon delivery.
For information regarding these or other fees, please contact your customs office. Orders that are undeliverable
due to nonpayment of customs fees will incur additional return shipping charges in addition to a cancellation fee of 30%.
All sales are final. Due the nature of our products, we can accept no returns unless we have shipped a product in error.
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us right away at email@example.com
for instructions. Orders that are canceled more than 24 hours after placement will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee. Once an order is handed off to the
shipping carrier, it may no longer be canceled and refused shipments will NOT be refunded. We are not responsible for items that are ordered incorrectly
and fulfill orders as written. Items cancelled after processing due to customer error will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
We offer a variety of small economical sample sizes in a range of products. If in doubt about a product or scent or if you've never tried our products,
please take advantage of our numerous sampler options to try them before purchasing larger sizes. Fragrance duplications are as close as possible, however,
like true twins, no two scents are ever 100% identical. Duplications are our and/or our suppliers interpretations and may vary from the original. Due to
differences in each person's body chemistry and "nose", each person's experience with scent and ingredients can vary greatly and we cannot accept returns
based on these factors.
Incorrect Address/Returned Shipments
Please insure that all information is entered into the cart correctly! In the event that an order is returned due to
incorrect information provided to us by the customer during the order process, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of reshipment
or cancellation fee of 30% of the order total.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your package as soon as possible upon arrival. Should your order sustain damage by the carrier, please contact us right away at
firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may initiate the claims process and prepare any
necessary replacement items. To help us ensure a quick and easy resolution, we ask that you retain all packaging and products until you receive
Your remedy for lost or damaged packages via US Priority Mail or Fed Ex is one identical replacement shipment upon approval by the carrier that a claim is possible, subject to carrier rules
and limitations. Please notify us as soon as possible if your package has not been delivered within a few days of the standard delivery time frame (approximately
5 business days for domestic shipments or 21 days for international shipments.) Replacement items will exactly match those on the original order, no
substitutions allowed, unless an item is no longer available. We do our utmost to provide resolution to shipping issues and ask that you please be patient
as we work with the carrier since we have no control over packages once they leave our hands and even less so once a package leaves the US. Carrier investigation
may take up to 2 weeks for domestic shipments and up to 60 days for international shipments. Customers who file chargebacks without first giving us the
opportunity to resolve the issue with the carrier will be banned from all future ordering and the applicable authorities and payment processor will be
notified when fraud is suspected.

We do not offer free samples that do not accompany a paid order and we do not respond to free sample requests, however, we do often include samples of our
choosing within your order. (Quantity dependent on value of order and other factors including, but not limited to, actual shipping cost, packaging cost,
and type of samples. Small orders may contain only 1 or 2 sample packets while large orders could contain 10+.)
If you would like to try a particular scent when ordering, place your request in the comments section of the order form and we will make every effort to
accommodate your request. The majority of samples are made from Body Butter, Body Lotion, or Body Yogurt. Please understand that most other products are
only available as samples on a limited basis or not at all. We offer several convenient sampler choices for this purpose. Please see our Samplers and Sets
page to order.
All personal information submitted by our customers is kept solely for use in processing your order and providing necessary communication. Your information will never be sold, given, or transferred
to a third party. Newsletter subscribers may opt-out at any time via a link in our newsletter. Occasionally, we may contact past customers for feedback or with product updates. You may request to be removed
from our customer list at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your full name and email address
used for ordering and/or newsletter sign-up.
